What medical conditions are treated at Bolad Clinic?At Bolad Clinic, we treat a wide range of conditions including Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), Psoriatic Arthritis, Sjogren's Syndrome, Scleroderma, Vasculitis, Gout, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Osteoarthritis, and many other less common rheumatic conditions. Which doctors are available at each Bolad Clinic location?At Bolad Clinic, Dr. Bolad is available at both the Tampa and Orlando-Major Blvd locations. Dr. Singh and Dr. Sumbul-Yuksel are available at the Orlando-Vineland location. Dr. Idrees is available at the Orlando-Major Blvd location, and Dr. Kumar is available at the Tampa location.

Which insurance plans are accepted at Bolad Clinic?Bolad Clinic accepts a variety of insurance plans. For a comprehensive list, please refer to the Insurance Section on our website.

What is the minimum age we see patients?We treat adult rheumatology patients starting at age 16-18. Please call to find out the minimum age each of our physicians accepts.

When is the earliest available appointment we can see a new patient?All providers are accepting new patients. Dr Idrees and Dr Sumbul-Yuksel who recently joined our practice are available to see New Patient Consultations within 1 week.

Are infusion treatments available at Bolad Clinic?Yes, Bolad Clinic offers infusion treatments for all infusible medications at our Orlando-Major Blvd location. Our team, powered by Benfusion, is highly skilled in obtaining treatment authorization from insurance carriers promptly, ensuring that our patients experience minimal delays in starting their treatment.

Does Bolad Clinic treat back arthritis?Yes, Bolad Clinic treats both upper and lower back arthritis. In younger individuals, back pain may indicate a more serious issue such as inflammation of the spine, known as Spondyloarthropathies. These conditions require immediate diagnosis and treatment to prevent long-term fusion of the spine.

Do we treat knee arthritis?Yes. We treat knee osteoarthritis. All treatment modalities including appropriate therapy, prescriptions medications, Hyaluronic acid cartilage injections and when indicated drainage and cortisone injections are provided under ultrasound guidance for better accuracy of completing the procedure and much less pain for the patient.

Do we treat Fibromyalgia?We treat fibromyalgia when it is secondary to a rheumatic condition. All patients with fibromyalgia are accepted for initial evaluation of any underlying rheumatic condition such as connective tissue disease, Lyme disease, or systemic lupus. If a patient is diagnosed with Primary fibromyalgia without any other underlying condition, we then give recommendations and start them on treatment until they are able to establish care with pain-management.
