Dr. Bolad is board certified in rheumatology. After completing high school and gaining Cambridge certification, Dr. Bolad traveled to Budapest, Hungary, where he obtained his medical education and graduated from Semmelweis University of Medicine with Honors. He then came to the United States where he did his medical residency at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. He then spent five months at the Lupus Clinic in Johns Hopkins Hospital (or Johns Hopkins University). Dr Bolad completed his fellowship in rheumatology at the University of Virginia in 2012 and has been in clinical practice since.
Dr Bolad specializes in treating rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, gout, pseudogout, back pain, osteoporosis, ankylosing spondylitis, fibromyalgia, lupus, scleroderma, polymyalgia rheumatic, temporal arteritis, and other rheumatic autoimmune diseases.He has special interest in utilizing the ultrasound for procedural guidance for better therapeutic outcomes.

Dr. Sukhraj Singh is a board-certified rheumatologist who joined the Bolad Arthritis Group in 2022. Hailing from New York, he completed his medical education and residency in Internal Medicine, where he served as Chief Resident. After a period in Hospital Medicine, He completed his Rheumatology fellowship at the University of Florida, specializing in musculoskeletal ultrasound and various research topics (or various research projects).
Dr. Singh's expertise covers the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of rheumatological disorders, including lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and gout. He is dedicated to building trusting relationships and treating the patient as a whole. Outside of his practice, he enjoys exercising, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Omer Idrees is a fellowship-trained rheumatologist and board-certified internal medicine physician, specializing in the management of autoimmune and musculoskeletal (MSK) diseases. Born and raised in Space Coast, Florida he is a graduate of Windsor University School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Florida COM Pensacola FL, where he served as academic chief resident. Dr. Idrees completed his Rheumatology fellowship at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
Dr. Idrees provides expert care for a wide range of rheumatologic and musculoskeletal conditions, including Rheumatoid arthritis, Psoriatic arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Sjögren's syndrome, Systemic lupus, Vasculitis, Myositis, Gout and Osteoarthritis
Dedicated to patient education, Dr. Idrees regularly engages in community health initiatives and empowers patients through education and personalized care.
In his free time, Dr. Idrees enjoys tennis, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Alissa Ledgerwood graduated from the University of South Florida (USF) with a Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner in 2014. Since graduating she has over six years experience in rheumatology. She has experience in treating patients with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, systemic lupus, gout, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, scleroderma, polymyalgia rheumatica, and other rheumatic diseases.
She also has two Bachelor's degrees from the University of Central Florida that include Molecular and Microbiology in 2004 and Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2006. She also has over fifteen years experience working as a Registered Nursing working mostly in Neuro Intensive Care setting.
She is a current member of Florida Society of Rheumatology as well as Florida Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Alissa Ledgerwood, ARNP
Daisy Herbas is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in adult gerontology acute care. After graduating magna cum laude from the University of South Florida in 2023 with a Master’s degree in Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Daisy has developed expertise in inpatient adult nephrology. With a year of experience treating patients with complex autoimmune kidney diseases such as ANCA vasculitis and lupus nephritis, she has honed a deep understanding of managing critical, often chronic, conditions. Now Daisy expands her clinical strength in autoimmune disease to the field of rheumatology to manage a wider disease spectrum. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as an RN from 2018, spending the last few years in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). Daisy earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seminole State College in 2021. She is a committed member of the American Nurses Association and the Florida Association of Nurse Practitioners and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Daisy is passionate about building trusting relationships with patients, advocating for their health needs, and providing compassionate, patient-centered care, while delivering up to date evidence-based education.

Based in Tampa, Florida, international medical experience and a strong foundation in both orthopedics and advanced nursing practice; her career has focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of joint, musculoskeletal, and rheumatic conditions, always with a patient-centered and evidence-based approach.
I hold a PhD in Orthopedics and Traumatology and have served as an Assistant Professor at National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, where I taught traumatology, orthopedics, and military surgery to both domestic and international medical students.
My clinical and academic background is complemented by extensive experience in clinical research, including the coordination and conduct of studies evaluating new therapies for arthritis, pain, and autoimmune diseases.
In my practice, I specialize in comprehensive joint assessments, advanced imaging interpretation (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound), and minimally invasive procedures such as ultrasound-guided joint injections and intra-articular therapies. I am committed to developing individualized care plans that address both acute and chronic rheumatologic conditions, with an emphasis on patient education, quality of life, and long-term disease management.
I am licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida and New York, and am board-certified in both the United States and Ukraine. I am an active member of the US Nurse Association, Tampa Bay Association of Nurse Practitioners, Ukrainian Association, Ukrainian Association of OsteoSynthesis, and Ukrainian Association of Orthopedics and Traumatology.
Fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian, with conversational Spanish, I strive to provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population and to advance the field of rheumatology through research, education, and clinical excellence.
